At THE LUVLINE LLC (“Company” or “we” or “our”), we strive to ensure your (“Customer” or you”) complete satisfaction with every purchase of your LuvFall.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your LuvFall purchase, then we offer you this hassle-free policy return, exchange and refund policy (the “Policy”) to ensure your peace of mind - which you agree to accept as a condition of your purchase.
Returns:
We accept returns of a LuvFall so long as you ship the LuvFall to us within three days from the date of delivery of your LuvFall. A returned LuvFall must be returned to us in its original as-new condition, undamaged, unworn, unaltered and with all of the original tags attached. Any amount of the refund on a timely returned LuvFall will depend on the results of our inspection of the LuvFall so that we can make sure, in our sole and exclusive discretion, that your LuvFall was returned to us in its original as-new condition, undamaged, unworn, unaltered and with all of our original tags attached – and all of our decisions in this regard are final. Please note that in, all instances, we will be deducting our original shipping costs and return shipping fees and costs from the amount refunded to you.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges of a LuvFall for another similarly priced LuvFall, so long as you ship the LuvFall you want exchanged to us within three days from the date of delivery of your LuvFall. To be eligible for an exchange, your exchanged LuvFall must be timely received by us in its original as-new condition, undamaged, unworn, unaltered and with all of our original tags attached – as determined by us in our sole and exclusive discretion.
Shipping Issues:
You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs associated with any LuvFall that is returned or exchanged to us, all of which are non-refundable costs to you. Please ensure that your LuvFall is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping, as the liability of any LuvFall damaged during shipping remains with you. You are also responsible for any lost, missing, or undelivered LuvFall which you ship to us. You must ship back the LuvFall using the return label that we will email to you upon your request. The LuvFall must be shipped back inside of the original dust bag in which it was received and then placed inside the shipping bag that will be provided to you. Please call us for any questions. Refunds:
Subject hereto, any refunded amount paid to you shall occur within a reasonable time after we have received the returned LuvFall, and had it inspected to determine, in our sole and exclusive discretion, that it is in its original condition, undamaged, unworn, unaltered and has all of our original tags attached. We estimate that this process shall take at least 2 business days, upon receiving the LuvFall, for us to initiate the refund. Please allow between 10-12 business days for the refund to process and appear back on your original form of payment. In the event of any refund on a returned LuvFall, you agree that we will deduct our original shipping costs and the return shipping costs from any amount refundable to you. Please note, that in the event of an exchange of the LuvFall, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Notwithstanding any other contrary provision contained herein, any odor on your LuvFall (as determined by us in our sole discretion) will render it ineligible for return or exchange or may be subject to a $55 restocking fee.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. This Policy sets forth the entire agreement and understandings of the Customer purchasing the LUVFall and the Company hereto with respect to the matters set forth herein.
If any provision, or part of a provision, of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, then the parties shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision by a provision that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, achieves the purposes intended under the original provision. If it cannot be so reformed, it shall be omitted. The balance of this Policy shall remain valid and unchanged and in full force and effect.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment
Please note, there is a $40 restocking fee on all returns. The fee will be deducted from original form of payment at time of return.
